Regular meetings of the Board of Directors and Regular Meetings of the Members


Regular meetings of the Board of Directors will be held the Second Thursday of January, March, April, June,October,November, and the Annual Meeting in December at 7:00 PM.

Regular Meetings of the Members

1. Meeting is the slected months noted above are Board meeting and are held at 7:00 PM on the Second Thursday of January, March, April, June October and November at the Tamarac Lakes South Clubhouse. The purpose of said meetings is to receive reports and to transact such other business that needs to be brought before the board.

2. The December meeting will be the Corporations Annual Meeting at which elections are held, the annual budget is presented and a “state of the community” is presented.

Under the By-Laws and Rules and Regulations section you will find the Resident Information Form. This form MUST be completed by all home owners and returned to the HOA office per Florida State Statue, we must have this updated form/information Failure to complete the updated form can cause you to be Non-compliment with by-laws/rules. We need this information should the County Appraiser's office request a verification of a resident for your Homestead.   Please download the Resident Information Form complete and return. We are required under State Statute to have this information on file
