Our screening process is comprehensive, covering over 10 years of prior history. We verify information through:

Applicants and real-estate professionals must ensure all questions are answered accurately. Applications with omissions, concealed information, or falsifications will be denied. If you are filling out the application for someone else, ensure you ask all the questions listed on the application to everyone in the household.
